Between homes, on a contract, or waiting out a repair? Our self-contained suites in Bowness, northwest Calgary, are set up as mid-term rentals for stays of a few weeks to a few months: a full kitchen, in-suite laundry and your own front door, without committing to a twelve-month lease.

How monthly pricing works. Stays of 30 nights or more are priced at a monthly rate, from $2,200 a month for a two-bedroom suite with utilities included (cleaning fee and applicable taxes extra). Book online, or contact us and we'll set it up through a direct agreement. Tell us your dates, how many people, and the suite size you need, and we'll come back with a monthly quote. What's the minimum stay for a monthly rate? 30 nights. Shorter stays can be booked online, with weekly rates from 7 nights on the individual suites.

Do I need to sign a lease? No twelve-month lease. Book 30 nights or more online like any other stay, or contact us and we'll set it up through a direct agreement.

Is parking included? Yes, free parking at the suite.
