Welcome to the Gateway Suite—a private, lower-level retreat professionally curated for warmth and peace. By choosing this basement suite, you get the full "Entire Home" experience—private kitchen, bathroom, and laundry—at a fraction of the cost of a hotel or an upper-level unit. 

Whether you are an athlete training at WinSport, a medical professional, or a visiting family, this unit provides a fully independent "home base" experience.

  • Quiet & Restorative: Being a lower-level unit, the space is naturally cool and quiet. We’ve added premium linens and blackout curtains to ensure optimal sleep and recovery for hospital shift workers or those prepping for a mountain hike.

Guest Access
You have exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom lower suite. The entrance is private and well-lit. While we have invested in professional sound-dampening to keep the space quiet, please note this is a basement unit and you may hear occasional footsteps from the separate upper-level residence.

The Neighborhood
Bowness is Calgary's Adventure Gateway. Step out the door and you're a short walk from the skating trails at Bowness Park or the local shops of Main Street. This is the only neighborhood in Calgary where you can enjoy a morning coffee by the river and be in the mountains before lunch.

There is ample space for sporting equipment or portable crib for visitors.

There is a washer dryer in the furnace room.

Interaction will be low. Booking app messenger is the best way to contact me, but I am available by text or phone for emergencies.

Car rental is recommended. However, there are excellent bus links nearby.
